Have you thought about what will be under your Christmas Tree this year? With family finances stretched further than ever, and the impending doom of a budget coming up, for many families there will be less gifting in 2025. Certainly for us, there will be notable key items given with thought and love, rather than a pile of gifts given simply for a sake of opening. How can you tailor your Christmas presents this year and have more impact with you gift giving? Let’s take a look.
Really Think About The Person
One of the best ways to find a gift that the recipient will adore is to really think about what they want. You could even ask them. So often we add extra gifts to the stocking or bag under the tree because the main presents we buy isn’t perfect. We often feel like we need to add extras to bump it up a little bit. But what is that initial and main present really stopped the person in their tracks. What if it was what they really wanted?
Give Gifts That Give More
There are gifts out there, when you think deeply into it, that are well and truly up their street. One of the presents we’ve looking into for one of our kids is the Go Genius World game. It’s not only a fab game but it educates and engages! It’s desined to aid learning whilst the child has fun. Players will learn about different countries & cities whilst they travel around the board. It’s a great family game that is perfect for playing on during the calm of Boxing Day and beyond! I have no doubt that it’ll be one of the boxes that is pulled out of the games cupboard again and again.
Be sure to be careful with your cash this Christmas. The uncertainty that we’re all living in makes us question our purchases. So make those purchases count!
