You don’t need to invest in a brand new games console to have fun.
The photo above might be relatable in your household. When was the last time you played on your old games console? We recently started using our wii again, because our kids, well, our eldest is now at an age where he’d like to play games like this.
The games are so cheap, we had a stack in the loft but if we see anything decent in charity shops they are only a pound or two.
Whilst our kids seemingly get brainwashed on TV by brand new inventions and games, the old ones can indeed be the best. It doesn’t have to be a games console either. Get your old board games out the cupboard or pass down toys from one generation to another – our kids have characters.
I’d still be playing my N64 if it worked!
