18 months ago we moved to Plusnet. It was a pretty good deal, but one that has now ran out. We had some huge problems throughout the contract with internet dropping out, downtime & no landline. We got £15 compensation. No great.
I spoke to them after the 18 month deal finished and the price jumped. The best they could do was the current price we were paying. I said no thanks.
I had seen that NowTV do Broadband, calls & line rental, for £23 a month! That’s half of what I’d jumped to with Plusnet and over £10 cheaper than the offer Plusnet gave me. Switching to Now Broadband via Quidco also gave me £80 cashback which covers 3 months of the 12 month contract. No brainer really!
