This post is a bit of a throwback to my first ever post on this blog last December.
I saw this news article saying that Christmas sandwichs are now back in shops. There’s nothing quite like a delicious festive sandwich is there?
The article says that Boots have got the festive sandwiches in shops and they’re part of their meal deal. Meal deals can be expensive at the best of times but the fact they’ve now added gift cards to some of the sandwiches in a promo to make you buy them, makes me think that they’re not selling particularly well either.
Take a look at my article from last year about making festive sandwiches for a fraction of the price of a shop bought one. I don’t cut any corners, simply make them myself and they are utterly delicious, and they’ll save you cash if you’re tempted by the shops!
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, but remember, Christmas doesn’t have to be an expensive time of year and you don’t have to miss out on things either.
