One of the bottles I would recommend for your list is the Castello di Radda Granbruno 2018 | Super Tuscan. This is from one of Tuscany’s top wineries, hidden in the mountains behind the town of Radda, with many accolades under it’s belt. The wine has been partly matured in stainless steel and has notes of chocolate and cherry. You’ll notice subtle hints of raspberry and strawberry too. Delicious with a meal but gorgeous on it’s own, making it spot on for a wine tasting evening.
Be sure to add a Malbec to your wine list and also mix things up with something from a great selection of white wine. You might be drawn to reds because of it being winter but whites can still provide amazing comfort during the cold months.
Virtual Wine Tasting Evening
There are loads of ways to chat online these days. Use Zoom for a meeting if there are more than two of you logging on. You can also use Facebook Rooms which is essentially the same. If it’s just two of your logging on, a simple video chat via WhatsApp video would work fine. Simple to use but awesome to easily chat with friends and loved ones.
