How To Send Evri Complaints When Something Goes Wrong

Most of us order stuff online. When we order online we have to receive deliveries. Sometimes these deliveries are great, the courier knocks on the door and we take the parcel. Other times, we’re not in, or the courier doesn’t ring the doorbell or they leave it somewhere for us to find. Ordering online is supposed to be a simple process but so often the final part of the journey, the delivery of the thing you’ve purchased, is a stumbling block. In this post, we’re going to look at how to send Evri complaints when something goes wrong.

Which Courier Companies Do You Trust?

There are so many courier companies. Sometimes the courier that an online business chooses to handle its deliveries can put people off ordering. I know that certain company vans rolling up outside my house can cause me to roll my eyes. When I’m not in and see a card has been pushed through the letterbox, I often wonder where the parcel has been left this time. Some couriers seem to think it’s a good idea to put it in the garden recycling bin. I love pulling out a parcel that is moist with grass cuttings!

My Evri Experience

The Evri delivery people who deliver to us have never given us any trouble. They actually knock on the door and they are always polite and take the time to say hello to the kids if they are with me when I answer the door. Parcels are always delivered well and we’ve never had them left in strange places or thrown over the fence. One of the drivers has even returned later in the day if we haven’t been in when he’s tried in the morning. We’ve also sent parcels and they have always been collected and made it to the destination with no problems. If you are sending a parcel via Evri, shop via Quidco and you can get up to 15% cashback. I’ve had no complaints as of yet. However, I know people who have had trouble.

How To Send Evri Complaints

If you need to make Evri complaints, there are a few different options for getting in touch.

To write to Evri, address your letter to: Capitol House, 1 Capitol Close, Morley, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS27 0WH.

You can make Evri complaints on the phone using the number 0330 808 5456.

Using social media, you can contact them on Facebook and Instagram. They do not yet have an account on Twitter.

Using the Evri website, you will find a help centre, along with a chatbot that can help and a FAQs section.

There is no email address for customer care, however, you can contact the CEO with questions and complaints by emailing Martijn.DeLange@hermes-europe.co.uk. I expect this will soon change to Martijn.DeLange@evri.com.

You can also speak to your delivery driver, although they might just direct you to official channels.

How To Contact Yodel When You Have A Problem

Next time you place an order online, be sure to look at who is going to deliver the parcel. Some of them are fantastic and have wonderful websites where you can track your delivery. However, you might find another company simply throws your parcel into your hedge. Choose your delivery companies wisely and be sure you know how to send complaints if you need to.
