With all this talk about Christmas, I encourage you to give something back to the community this festive season.
From donating items to a foodbank, to volunteering your time with a charity, it’s a great time of year to give a gift from the heart.
At our church we put together hampers for those in financial difficulty. We’ve been collecting items that we’ve seen on offer throughout the year which will hopefully bring a smile to the faces of those who receive it at Christmas. From food to shampoo to little gifts, it goes a long way. Even adding toilet roll in the box is a luxury some people can’t afford.
