Are you looking for a gift for the kids that offers plenty of fun? A present that gets them away from the TV or their tablets? Something that perhaps Mum & Dad can compete with once the children have gone to bed? I have got the perfect product for you! It offers hours of fun and you’ll be laughing at joking as a family as you make memories and get active. I’ve joined the DadSquad and this is my Laser X Revolution Blasters review.

What Is Laser X?
Do you remember going to the bowling alley a couple of decades ago? Where they had rows of alleys and then in the corner, there was a door through to laser tag? Laser X is basically bringing the fun, enjoyment and excitement of laser tag to your home. Break the blasters out of the packaging and turn your home and garden into an awesome battle arena.
Key Features

Laser X is a great battling toy. The set comes with two blasters so you can have great fun right out of the box. With pinpoint accuracy, Previous models had a 60m range but the new Laser X Revolution Double Blaser set extends that range to 90m. The beams even go through windows and can be bounced off mirrors and walls to hit opponents. There is nowhere to hide!
You can also choose to be any colour team that you want. Team up and join the red team together or choose your own colour by using the colour selector wheel. These colours look even better when it’s getting dark, so gameplay gets even better when the sun sets.
Compatible Across The Range
One of the best things about Laser X gear is that it is all compatible. This means that if the grandparents buy something from the brand for Christmas, it will work with what you’ve already got. The same goes if a friend gives your kids a Laser X gaming set for their birthday. This means unlimited players! Collect enough for all the family to get involved in a full-scale laser tag shoot ’em up.

Where Can You Buy Them?
The Laser X Revolution Double Blaster set is available from all good retailers, including Smyths Toy Superstores. You even get free standard delivery when you send over £20. You’ll need some AAA batteries, which are not included so be sure to stock up & choose rechargeable. My kids loved the packaging too, knowing exactly what it was and getting excited right away.
Final Thoughts
I think the Laser X range is loads of fun. The quick slide reload makes it easy for kids of all ages to play – although small parts mean the toy is not suitable for children under 3 years. Whilst it’s a fast-paced and action-packed adventure, there are no worries of foam bullets going in your eyes! With nothing to pick up when the battle is over too!
The only question is, which colour team are you joining? If your house is anything like mine, the kids will soon tag team together and turn on Dad!
