I was struggling to find certain products during the beginnings of the Covid-19 pandemic. There was a lot of stockpiling going on and the delivery lines were understandably slower than usual. We managed to get delivery slots but as many people experienced, not everything you ordered arrived. This included a lot of health and wellbeing products. This is when I discovered the Superdrug card.
Free Delivery
I was looking for shampoo. First world problems at the max, I know! I like a specific brand and I couldn’t get it anywhere. Eventually I thought of logging onto Superdrug and they had what I wanted. Even better, it was on offer at half price. I then noticed that if you sign up to a Superdrug card you get free delivery if you spend £10 or more. So naturally, I signed up there and then. Four bottles of shampoo and a roll on deodorant (which I was also running low on!) and I’d totaled up just over £10. Free delivery kicked in and within four days I had a delivery of products. Absolutely spot on!
Cashback Too
I even clicked through via Quidco to get 1.65% cashback! It might not seem like much but it’s essentially a 1.6% discount on what you’re spending. If you were buying a car, you’d love an extra percentage point knocked off. Just because you’re only spend ten pounds, doesn’t mean that it’s not worth the couple of clicks to earn some cashback. Another Card But Worth It
Whilst it’s yet another scheme to be signed up to, it’s worth it. Not having to go to the shops or worry about adding those health products to a supermarket delivery is great. I can buy them whenever I need and I’d usually spend over £10 anyway. Once you’ve added some shampoo and deodorant, along with vitamins, toothpaste and make u if you use it, you’re easily going to get that free delivery with your Superdrug card! Sign up!
