Lots of us have problems with the services we sign up for. When it is your TV, phone or broadband, it can be really annoying. Unable to connect to your emails, watch your favourite show or even make an outbound phone call. The frustration and stress can be real. What can you do when the service you are paying for is poor? Let’s have a look at how you can complain to Sky, including the CEO Dana Strong Sky email address.

Complain To Sky
When things go wrong, your first port of call is to contact Sky directly.
If you have a technical question or something you can perhaps sort yourself, there are help guides available on the Sky website here. The Sky Community might also be able to help.
There is also a virtual assistant on the Sky website that will help you get to the department you need.
You can also sign in to your My Account and use the Live Chat option to talk to customer services.
If you are on Twitter, you can tweet @skyhelpteam with complaints. They are available 8.30am – 9pm on weekdays and 9am – 9pm at weekends.
The phone number you need if you want to complain to Sky is 03442 414 141. They should be able to take your complaint or get you to the right person.
You can email mysky@bskyb.com with complaints.
If you are looking for the Dana Strong Sky email address, here it is. Ms Dana Strong is the Group CEO of Sky TV. Her email address is dana.strong@skygroup.com.
If you want to write to Sky, the address is Sky, Grant Way, Isleworth, Middlesex, TW7 5QD.

Time To Leave?
If you aren’t happy with the service you are getting or indeed how the complaint has been handled, it could be time to leave. You might have to speak to the cancellation department who might try a last-ditch attempt to keep you. However, voting with your feet and leaving the company gives you the freedom to go to other companies that offer the service you need and get a new customer offer.
You could look at Virgin TV or even NOW if you want Sky content without a subscription. Perhaps you are sick of paying for TV and can cope with free services? For broadband, there are loads of companies out there so you can find a decent price for the service and speed you require. For landlines, do you even need that? If yes, you’ll likely be able to bundle it in with TV and broadband from a new provider. For those with Sky Mobile, is it time to move to EE or O2?
How To Save Money With Sky
If you want to stay with Sky but save some money, start haggling. Use a new customer price elsewhere as a guide when talking the price down with the customer service representative. You could also click through via a cashback site in order to earn some money back on your purchase. For example, clicking through Quidco when you sign up to Sky Superfast Broadband for £26 per month for 18 months with £0 setup fees will net you up to £154 in cashback!
Be sure to complain to Sky if you aren’t a happy customer. Hopefully, they will sort out your issues but if they can’t, there are plenty of other companies who will be happy to have your business.
