Santa understands that not all children are the same and some of them need a little bit of an extra special letter during the festive season. What Is The RNIB?
The Royal National Institute for the Blind is a UK charity that offers information, support and advice to almost two million people in the UK with sight loss. Sight loss is a massive deal and when you are a child, can be even worse. You can feel excluded and find things difficult. Every sight loss experience is unique and the RNIB understand this. The charity provides both practical and emotional support, reading services and products that can be purchased via its online shop. They also campaign for change.
RNIB Free Santa Letter
Children love getting a reply from Santa every year. They put so much time and effort into their letters before sending them to Santa’s workshop. However, for many children, getting a standard reply is difficult. The reply is fantastic yes. However, when you are blind or have sight loss, being able to read the letter can be tricky. Having it read out to you isn’t quite the same either.
This is why Santa has based some of his elves at the RNIB headquarters, so they can work with the charity to provide special replies for special kids. They provide letters from Father Christmas in large print, braille or audio. This can be an absolute festive wish for hundreds of visually impaired Children around the country.
How To Get An Extra Special Letter
You can apply for one of these special letters by visiting the RNIB website and filling out the online form.
